MESSAGE FROM FIRE AND RESCUE
Firefighters from Moruya station came to visit our school recently to teach our Kindergarten to Year 2 classes about fire safety and the role firefighters have.
Fire and Rescue have asked us to remind the entire school community with the following:
INSTALL AND MAINTAIN SMOKE ALARMS
Working smoke alarms are required in every home. Test the smoke alarm once a week, and replace batteries at least every 12 months. If you do not have a smoke alarm or need assistance in checking, contact your local Fire and Rescue Station and we can organise a visit as part of our Home Fire Safety Check program.
